Yes. We use seaweed species with moderate iodine levels, and the recommended serving on each pack stays within EU reference intakes. If you have a thyroid condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your doctor first.

Our seaweed is EU-certified organic and comes from regenerative ocean farming. Most of our products are vegan and gluten-free — full details are on each product page.
