Sea Lettuce Tagliolini weave regeneratively farmed Ulva (sea lettuce) from Portugal's Atlantic waters into fine Italian durum wheat semolina. Bronze-die extrusion gives each strand the rough, porous surface that holds sauce the way pasta should, while the seaweed lends delicate marine notes with a subtle truffle-like character. 100% plant-based, with no artificial additives or preservatives — a natural source of fibre and iodine for clean, ocean-powered nutrition.
Cook in plenty of boiling, lightly salted water until al dente, then toss with your sauce. The bronze-die surface holds light sauces and seafood condiments beautifully. One 250 g pack serves 2–3.
