Sea Lettuce Risotto brings the ocean to Italy's most iconic dish. Selected Carnaroli rice meets regeneratively farmed Ulva (sea lettuce) cultivated in the clean Atlantic waters of Portugal, releasing a delicate marine umami with subtle truffle-like notes as it cooks to a naturally creamy finish. 100% plant-based and gluten-free, with no artificial additives or preservatives — a natural source of fibre and iodine, with a low environmental footprint.
Cook it like a classic risotto: toast the contents of the pack with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, then add hot water or vegetable stock gradually, stirring until absorbed. Ready in about 18 minutes. One 250 g pack serves 3.
